If you are having digestion problems prepare and try some of these beverages

  1. Mint tea

This tea improves the overall work of the digestive system and helps the body better process the fats. This in turn reduces bloating. Prepare it in the evening and let it cool off, then put it in the fridge throughout the night.

In the morning freshen up with a cold tea and you can add lemon juice.

  1. Pineapple frappe

Put the pineapple in a blender and add a bit of cold water to get a great drink to fight fats. If you were to add flax seeds on top of this you will make the right move definitely. Flax seeds contain healthy fatty acids which help burn the fats. The pineapple contains bromelain which is an enzyme which dissolves proteins and helps with digestion. As a result of this it reduces bloating.

  1. Green tea

1 cup of green tea daily will get you the necessary antioxidants to boost your metabolism. Green tea is great for calories burning, increasing the overall level of energy and suppressing appetite. Get 1 spoon of green tea and pout hot water over it. Not boiled, just hot. After 5 minutes drain the contents into a glass and drink the tea. /

  1. Ginger and lemon beverage

In ½ a liter of water, boil 3-4 parts of ginger for around 5 minutes. Leave it to cool off on a room temperature. Take ½ a lemon and squeeze the juice out of it. Add this to the mixture and drink. You won’t be disappointed.

  1. Pineapple and ginger shake

Slice up fresh pineapple and 1 spoon of fresh grated ginger. Put the 2 into a blender and add half a cup of yoghurt. Mix them up nicely.
